GoExport and Hospitalis have been collaborating since 2010. Hospitalis is a Quebec-based company that develops clinical process management solutions. The ACE-Multi solution is a clinical solution that manages the patient’s progression, while the ACE-PTM solution manages the real-time delivery of hospital protocols, methods and techniques.
GoExport holds exclusive sales on the Latin American territory (LATAM), although the main market targeted by Hospitalis was Brazil. Since then, GoExport has been actively developing sales of Hospitalis in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and Peru.
Go Export participates annually in the largest Latin American health fair, Hospitalar in São Paulo. In total, GoExport participated in 7 Québec economic missions, including 4 in Brazil, 2 in Mexico and one in Chile, as well as one Canadian economic mission to Peru.
In 2011, GoExport organized a technological showcase with Grupo VITA in Brazil. The objective was to verify whether Hospitalis’ ACE-PTM solution was compatible with the Brazilian system, and what adjustments would be needed to make it so. The technological showcase also enabled Hospitalis to demonstrate to Brazilian hospitals the ACE-PTM functionality. This showcase enabled Hospitalis and GoExport to develop a partnership with Hyga 7 for business development in the Brazilian territory.
In 2012, Hospitalis and GoExport signed an agreement with the Instituto Qualisa de Gestão (IQG), the exclusive representative of Accreditation Canada International in Brazil. The IQG is an organization granting ONA certification, a certification of quality assurance for Brazilian hospitals. As a result of this agreement, the IQG is committed to promoting and marketing for Hospitalis, while Hospitalis becomes a sponsor of the events organized by the IQG. This partnership led to a new agreement between Accreditation Canada International and Hospitalis; Today, Hospitalis is the only clinical management solution recommended by Accreditation Canada International.
GoExport also organized two economic missions between Hospitalis and Brazil. On two occasions, in 2011 and 2013, groups of hospital administrators and Brazilian physicians came to Québec to observe Hospitalis’ solutions in CHU and CHUM locations. They were also able to visit the Quebec Ministry of Health.
GoExport is also working on the sales development of Hospitalis in Mexico. In 2012, an agreement for the promotion and development of sales was signed with the @cares group. @cares specializes in consultation and improvement of clinical processes. At the moment, @cares and GoExport are working on business development with 3 Mexican ministries and are in the process of implementing ACE-Multi in the Mexico City Federal Health Secretariat, which includes 32 hospitals.
